→ Completed technical studies in the construction field or construction management
→ Experience in carrying out construction projects
→ Experience in other construction companies
→ Analysis skills and attention to detail
→ Autonomie, inițiativă și implicare
→ Seriousness and efficiency in performing service tasks

→ Good knowledge of English
